Yoga with Elliot
An introductory class to assess your goals and what you hope to achieve is usually a good start. I can do group classes.
I get to learn who you are as an individual and your history with yoga, exercise, and health.
The introduction lasts 60 minutes, and we get to do a bunch of yoga, normally very moderate and easy stretching, unless you have certain goals in mind with your yoga practice (safety and injury prevention, or perhaps you are a running with neck tension, etc.).
We will negotiate a rate that will work to be mutually beneficial.
