🚀 Uploading My First Steam Build — Explore The Universe 2175 Is Officially Alive

This morning, I uploaded my first build to Steam. We are on time! Woohoo!
It worked.
Steam accepted it and uploaded.
I can open the game inside the Steam client.
This is the moment every dev dreams of: the first time your game actually runs on Steam, with its own build. It’s no longer just my game — it’s becoming something that players around the world will soon be able to explore on their own.
Explore a handcrafted procedural galaxy shaped by astrophysics — gravitational slingshots, stellar winds, ring-system turbulence, and AI-driven factions fighting for control.
Wishlist now and experience a living universe from day one.
🌌 What Comes Next: Marketing, Community, and The ETU-2175 Universe
With the build uploading smoothly, I’ve shifted gears hard into marketing and community building.
I’ve officially launched:
- @exploretheuniverse2175 social media accounts (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts — all optimized for vertical cinematic content)
- ExploreTheUniverse2175.com, the home of the game
- A plan for player progression, leaderboards, and profile systems
The website isn’t just a landing page, I mean it is right now — it will evolve into a player hub.
You’ll be able to:
Track Your Experience & Level
Every session in ETU-2175 earns you XP based on exploration, combat, scanning anomalies, completing quests, and surviving extreme celestial phenomena.
See Your Points & Achievements
Each action in the galaxy — gravity slingshots, nebula dives, machine battles, resource discoveries — contributes to your point total. These will show up online so you can compare runs.
Compete on the Leaderboard
ExploreTheUniverse2175.com will feature a global leaderboard where players can:
- Compare flight accuracy
- Compete for longest survival
- Show off rare anomalies they’ve discovered
- Display their campaign progression
- Share their best black-hole slingshot maneuvers
Think of it as your pilot dossier in a living galaxy.
Follow Your Quest and Exploration Progression
ETU-2175 contains multiple campaigns, including the massive Rise of the Machines storyline featuring Megabot’s conquest arc, the fungal Mycelari uprising, and the fractured organic alliances.
Players will be able to see:
- Main quest progress
- Faction reputation
- Unique story branches
- Special faction rewards
- Their personal influence on the galaxy state
This ties into one of the game’s biggest goals:
Your decisions matter. Your galaxy is unique. And now you’ll be able to track it all in one place.
The Game is on Schedule!!!
Because this is the turning point.
For the last year I’ve been deep in engine work, ECS, procedural systems, physics tweaking, black-hole slingshots, nebula lighting, and AI faction scripting. But today?
Today the galaxy left my hands and entered Steam.
From here on out, the mission shifts:
- Build hype
- Grow the wishlists
- Show gameplay
- Release dev logs
- Build community
- Prepare for the Christmas Day 2025 launch
This is where ETU-2175 becomes a living world shared with the public — not just a private passion project.

🪐 Thank You for Being Part of This Journey
If you’re reading this, you’re early. You’re part of the core crew before this universe becomes massive.
Over the next few weeks I’ll be posting:
- Vertical cinematic videos on Tik-Tok
- Gameplay previews on Youtube
- Devlogs on Explore the Universe 2175 .com
- Faction lore drops
- Concept art
- Steam capsule updates
- Sora cinematic prompts and trailers
And of course… huge pushes for Steam wishlists, because those matter more than anything for indie visibility.
Here.
On time.
The galaxy is ready for experimentation
Explore the Universe 2175 is officially ready for launch.
Let’s build something legendary. Together.
